Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product and product integrity, as well as legal restrictions around reselling of consumer packaged goods, we do not accept returns of any kind. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may donate or discard the remaining product.

Please note that if you purchased a Reed’s Inc. or Virgil's product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, we have no ability to manage the return or refund process for those retailers or vendors. This includes many Amazon vendors outside of our official Amazon storefront.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds for mishandled product, damaged product, or missing product are contingent upon first initiating a ticket with info@reedsinc.com. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will process a full or partial refund based on the follow up communication.

It may take 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.
